I was misunderstanding that it was hard to contact Bob. Bob called me today and said he would return my security deposit, and he had left voice messages on my phone two weeks ago and last week. Afterwards, I found that my phone was not set up for visible voice message. (I suspect the problem occurred after updating software) That is the reason I misunderstood that Bob didn't leave even a voice message to me. So, I accessed my voicemail box by calling, and confirmed several voice messages that Bob had left. I deeply apology to Bob about my misunderstanding. Bob is very considerate person. I just wish that he can modify some process of communication for his company.
