Bernie installed our AC/Furnace about three years ago when our house was built. This winter our furnace burners stopped firing. I called Bernie and he came out the next day and found a birds nest in our air intake pipe which was the cause of the issue. He removed the birds nest and gave me some tips on taking care of the furnace and things to look out for. He did not charge us anything which most AC/Repair people would just for taking the trip out. He should be the first person you call for your AC/Furnace needs.
