First time, gel nails chipped next day. Second time: Told them nails chipped previously; no resolution. I left with a burnt leg from the hot pedi towel, one finger burned from the drill, and a bleeding cut on my thumb. The entire time the front desk person kept yelling and clapping at the game. I couldn't relax for the noise and the nail person was doing my nails while I was getting a VIP pedicure which was a joke. They just put a lot of products on my legs and feet. I was promised a in depth massage. They also quoted me a price when I went in and later upcharged me. I left exhausted from the experience. Absolutely will not return!
